Lauren Cook is a physician assistant who is originally from Gainesville, FL. In 2008, she graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Sciences. She then obtained a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2011 at the University of Florida. Upon graduation, she worked in orthopedics specializing in foot and ankle. She transitioned into practicing family medicine in 2014. She enjoys meeting new patients and establishing strong medical relationships which helps her to deliver the best care. When away from work, Lauren spends time with her friends and family, volunteers in the community, and plays with her three dogs.
